Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy

Guests may request an early check-in or late check-out for a $35 fee, added to the booking cost.
The earliest check-in and latest check-out times can be requested by the guest and will be approved based on availability and the owner’s discretion.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out should be made in advance to ensure availability.
The $35 fee for early check-in or late check-out is non-refundable once added to the booking, regardless of whether the guest decides not to use the service or changes the requested time frame.
Approval for early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability of rooms.

Our Pet Policy

All dogs must be registered prior to check-in.
Each suite can accommodate up to 2 dogs.
A non-refundable $125 fee will be added to your booking for having dogs in your suite. This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance required for hosting pets.
Any unregistered dog will incur a $250 fee to cover additional cleaning and potential damages. This fee is non-refundable.
This agreement/fee is made in good faith. No other fees will be charged to the credit card on file unless it is discovered that the fee was not paid, pets are in the suite, and/or damage has occurred from the pet.
Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are not subject to this fee. Service animals are dogs trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities.
Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals and are subject to the $125 pet fee.
Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of the guest room.
Dogs should not be left unattended in rooms unless they are crated. If a dog is left unattended and causes damage or disruption, the guest may be charged for damages, and/or asked to leave.
